Returns and exchanges
Review our return, refund, and cancellation policy before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item involved, and a short description of the issue when you contact us.
Delivery questions
If your order is already in transit, include the tracking number and any carrier update you received. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Response time
Customer service is handled by email. We aim to acknowledge order, return, refund, cancellation, and payment-dispute questions within 2 business days. Please do not send full payment card numbers or security codes by email.
