Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you browse, join a launch list, create an account, contact us, or place an order. This can include your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account credentials, order details, support messages, and marketing preferences. Payment providers collect payment credentials directly; Vintage Legion receives transaction status and limited payment details such as card brand and last four digits, not your complete card number or security code.
Information collected automatically
Our site and infrastructure can receive device and network information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events. We use necessary cookies and similar browser storage to keep a cart, maintain a signed-in session, preserve site preferences, protect checkout, and recover an order after payment. Fit Finder measurements remain in your browser's local storage and are not added to your Vintage Legion account.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate the storefront; create and fulfill orders; process payments, returns, refunds, and cancellations; send receipts, account notices, tracking, and service messages; provide support; maintain accounts and launch-list preferences; prevent fraud and abuse; secure and improve the site; keep business records; and comply with law. We send promotional email only when you consent, and every promotional message includes an unsubscribe method.
When we share information
We share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that support hosting, commerce operations, payment processing, production, email, fraud prevention, and shipping. We may also share information with professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale. We do not sell personal information for money.
Payment processing
Stripe processes card payments and related fraud signals for orders on this site. Stripe handles information under its own privacy terms as well as its service-provider obligations to Vintage Legion. You can read the Stripe Privacy Policy for more information. Never email us a complete payment card number or security code.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, including HTTPS and access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in a message. Browser settings can clear cookies or local storage, although blocking necessary storage can prevent cart, account, or checkout features from working. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where law or a legitimate business need permits.
Children
This storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
