About these terms
These terms apply when you visit vintagelegion.com or place an order with Vintage Legion. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their delivery information.
Products and availability
Vintage Legion sells new, small-batch graphic apparel. We try to show colors, artwork, sizing, materials, and availability accurately, but screen settings and normal production variation can affect appearance. Products and quantities can be limited, changed, or discontinued. Product-page disclosures, including preorder or final-sale terms, form part of these terms.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and charges are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping, applicable tax, and discounts are displayed before payment. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the final amount. Payment information is submitted through an encrypted checkout and processed by our payment service providers; Vintage Legion does not receive your complete card number or security code.
Order acceptance
A checkout confirmation acknowledges the request but does not require us to accept an order. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, an incorrect price, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or another lawful reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Fulfillment policies
Our shipping policy explains destinations, methods, timing, and delivery issues. Our return, refund, cancellation, and dispute policy explains eligibility and the process for order problems. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.
Promotions
Promotions and discount codes are governed by the terms displayed with an offer and our promotion terms. Promotions cannot be applied after purchase unless the offer expressly permits it.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that harms service, or use it for fraud. The Vintage Legion name, logo, site design, artwork, product images, text, and other content are owned by Vintage Legion or used with permission. No purchase transfers intellectual-property rights.
Disclaimer and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Vintage Legion is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the site or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise. The terms in effect when an order is accepted govern that order. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new date on this page.
